Understanding Trauma Through the Lens of a Holocaust Survivor

This is an interactive lecture. Our Trainer will provide a 1-hour lecture that incorporates an introduction to Trauma-Informed Care. The personal accounting from a person who lived a lifetime of trauma brings to life the need to understand how trauma impacts individuals. Another fascinating part of the is lecture series is to understand where resilience is built into the healing process. Lastly, for Teachers, Human Service, Law Enforcement, and Social Science majors, this lecture will provide key insight that will benefit their learning objectives within the spectrum of practice.
